19th in The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For

We are delighted to announce we have been placed 19th in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2018. The award recognises the highest standards of workplace engagement following Best Companies’ nationwide annual employee survey.

This is the second year we have taken part in the Best Companies survey, and the second time we have ranked in the Sunday Times Top 100. Ten of the team headed out in style to the awards ceremony in Battersea Evolution, London.

We are all very pleased with how well we did. Recruitment is a people business, so it is great to see our teams giving such great feedback on their colleagues and Whitehall. We are very proud of everything we have achieved this year and hope the next 12 months will be even better.
