Engagement Manager – SC Cleared

Whitehall Resources currently requires an experienced Engagement Manager to work with a key client

**Please note candidates must hold active SC Clearance and work via an umbrella**

Description:
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing internal updates and reports to the Portfolio Lead and ensuring effective communication and reporting with client stakeholders. A strong understanding of critical path and the impacts of activities not completing on time is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the Portfolio Lead.
* Create, issue and monitor project forecasting o Track project progress and highlight any potential risks or issues.
* Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
* Provide clear and concise project updates and reports to clients.
* Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
* Identify and manage the critical path for all projects.
* Analyse the impact of any delays or issues on the overall project timeline.
* Develop mitigation strategies to address potential delays.

Required Experience:
* Proven experience as a Engagement Manager or in a similar role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
