Whitehall Resources are looking for a Business Analyst – Belgium Payroll (Ad-Hoc). This role is fully remote working, for an initial 3 month Ad-hoc contract.
***Outside IR35 – Ad-hoc 20-40 hours per week***
Job Description:
The Business Analyst – Belgium Payroll is responsible for identifying and analyzing Payroll Legislative updates and their impact to the end to end payroll process in SAP. The position is responsible to communicate the legislative change to the scrum team and to determine where the existing end to end payroll process may be impacted. This position will follow the legislative change from discovery through to a successful application update which is provided to our clients. This role is vital in providing high quality deliverables to our clients and keeping their Belgium Payroll applications in compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an in depth understanding of Belgium Payroll from a business perspective and as an end to end process using SAP Belgium Payroll Application
- Identify Belgium Payroll Legislative changes and changes to applicable payroll reporting
- Communicate legislative updates to the scrum team and advise on existing process
- Ensure product compliance with all applicable legislations through the analysis of each tax and legislative change
- Producing Stories on the end user requirements for scrum team to refine and discuss.
- Work with scrum team to refine business/system requirements to ensure all team members understand the requirement
- Communicate effectively across various teams
- Committed to excellence and high quality standards
- Create test scenarios and assist with testing of solutions
- Create documentation of deliveries
