Anaplan EPM Expert (Polish Speaking)

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Anaplan EPM Expert (Polish Speaking) to work with a key client.

Key responsibilities
Participate in end-to-end Anaplan implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing and deployment.
Understand and translate Finance requirements into scalable Anaplan models and functionalities.
Design and configure:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
budgeting and forecasting
P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow planning
workforce and OPEX planning
CAPEX planning
revenue and sales planning
management reporting and scenario modelling.
Build and maintain Anaplan models, including:
modules, lists and hierarchies
calculations and formulas
dashboards / UX pages
data imports, exports and integrations.
Support integration of Anaplan with ERP, data warehouse and other enterprise applications, particularly environments involving SAP, Microsoft or cloud data platforms.
Facilitate requirements and design workshops with Finance and business stakeholders.
Support data preparation, reconciliation, testing and UAT.
Prepare functional and technical documentation and user training materials.
Support clients during deployment, hypercare and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to simplify Finance processes rather than simply replicate existing Excel-based planning models in Anaplan.
Collaborate with Finance Transformation, Data & AI, ERP and technology teams on broader transformation programs.
Required experience and skills
2+ years of relevant experience in EPM, FP&A, Finance Transformation or enterprise planning solutions.
Hands-on experience with Anaplan, ideally gained through at least one end-to-end implementation.
Good understanding of Finance processes, particularly:
budgeting
forecasting
management reporting
financial planning
performance management.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system functionality.
Understanding of multidimensional modelling and data structures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of data integration concepts and source-to-target mapping.
Advanced Excel skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both Finance stakeholders and technical teams.
