An exciting new Digital IT Manufacturing Architect position has arisen, working for a leading international organisation undergoing a major manufacturing and Industry 4.0 transformation program.
In this role you will play a key role in shaping end-to-end manufacturing solutions across OT/IT environments, industrial data platforms, integrations, analytics, and cloud technologies.
If you are an experienced Solution Architect with strong manufacturing and industrial technology experience, we would love to hear from you!
Do you have:
- 8+ years‘ experience in Solution Architecture and/or Senior Engineering roles within enterprise environments
- Strong experience within manufacturing, industrial, or Industry 4.0 environments
- Experience with event-driven architectures and integration patterns (e.g., MQTT, Kafka, or similar)
- Experience working with MES and manufacturing execution platforms
- Hands-on experience with IIoT platforms and industrial connectivity solutions
- Experience with cloud technologies and services across Azure and/or AWS ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems
- Understanding of manufacturing operations including production lines, downtime, shift execution, and operational KPIs
- Experience working within Agile or Scaled Agile delivery environments
