Enterprise Architect – HR Technology
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a global organisation, where you will define the long-term technology strategy for a complex HR technology landscape. This is a highly strategic role focused on shaping enterprise architecture, business capability models, target-state architectures and multi-year transformation roadmaps across enterprise applications and digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within large, complex organisations
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
• Experience developing business capability models, target architectures and strategic technology roadmaps
• Experience translating business strategy into enterprise technology strategy
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration, data architecture and architecture governance
• Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders
• HR / People & Culture domain knowledge is highly desirable
• Exposure to enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Cornerstone, Avature or similar would be beneficial
• Knowledge of AI, modern data architecture and API-led integration is advantageous
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
