An IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager is required by Whitehall Resources for our end user client based in Oxfordshire. This is a permanent role and can offer a hybrid working environment split between Oxfordshire and the candidate’s home.
The successful candidate will come from a SDM background and have technical skills covering Network Services and, Hosting and Cloud Services, both on-premises and Cloud. Beyond technical expertise, this candidate will be required to provide strategic direction and have the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
Do you have?
Service Delivery Lead or Management experience in IT Infrastructure?
Experience in Network Services including LAN, Corporate WIFI, and security services?
Experience in Hosting and Cloud Services?
Azure AD, VMWare, Citrix Cloud experience?
Skills in Backup and Recovery (On-Premise and Cloud)
Strong communication skills?
