PMO Analyst

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a PMO Analyst.

This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.

Key Requirements:

– The PMO Analyst provides administrative, reporting, governance, and project support services to project and programme teams.
– This role offers an opportunity to develop foundational change management, project delivery, and governance skills within a global transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Support project governance and reporting activities.
– Maintain project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and action trackers.
– Prepare status reports, dashboards, and management information.
– Coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
– Assist with document management and quality assurance reviews.
– Support budget tracking and resource management activities.
– Ensure delivery artefacts comply with standards and controls.
– Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
– Provide administrative support to Change Managers and Project Managers.
– Develop knowledge of change frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

Key Experience:

– Strong analytical and organisational skills.
– Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn.
– Experience in project coordination, PMO, administration, or change environments.
– Understanding of project governance and reporting processes.
– Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
– Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
– Demonstrates a learning mindset.
– Takes ownership of assigned activities.
– Communicates clearly and professionally.
– Builds effective working relationships.
– Delivers accurate and timely outputs.
