Whitehall Resources require a QA Lead to work with a key client on an initial 6 month contract.
*This role will involve regular on-site work in Stockholm, Sweden (minimum 3 days per week on site).
QA Lead
* Plan and run QA and test management for both functional and non-functional testing, in concurrence with multiple and versatile scrum teams in a delivery team that follows SAFe agile setup
* Communicate regularly with key stakeholders in IT and business to report on QA risk status, testing progress, and improvement activities in a way that is transparent, accurate, and respectful of all perspectives
* Secure test enablers such as us, test environments, and test data management
* Identify impediments, risks, and challenges corresponding to QA and test management and derive solutions to enable efficient QA and test progress
* Foster continuous learning and development of team members, supporting their growth as they contribute to the agile release trains and work to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace
* Experience of leading QA activities in a big transformation initiative involving multiple workstreams in a very demanding setup.
* Expert knowledge of creating / enhancing a QA strategy based on the overall strategy of the change initiative. Should have experience of managing end to end testing in fast paced, evolving project setup. Experience of managing the readiness of test environments, test data.
* Good understanding of ways to analyse potential challenges, risks and report as well as mitigate them to secure a fully quality assured solution
Experience in Banking is MUST along with ISTQB certification
