Whitehall Resources are looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Engineer. This role requires 2 days onsite in London.
This role is inside IR35.
Key responsibilities:
– Collaborate with customer to administrate the loyalty program implementation.
– Advising customer on new SF Loyalty features and releases
– Make modifications to the existing setup to modify programs, tiers, point accrual and redemption process, reversals and any gamifications.
– Investigating and resolving issues reported by the customer, analysing and working on enhancement requests.
– Explaining technical concepts to users and providing timely assistance
– Actively monitoring system health to take proactive measures as needed
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
– Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.
– Strong understanding in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud including member management, rewards and analytics.
– Familiarity with Loyalty Program concepts, strategies and best practices
– Proficiency in Salesforce configurations and customization. Good understanding on Apex and lightning components and integrations with transaction and marketing system (SFMC)
– Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified App Builder.
– Good to have Loyalty Cloud Accredited Professional.
– Experience in delivering projects in agile methodology
