An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced SAP SCM Lead Consultant to join a leading global end-user organisation, supporting the optimisation, delivery, and continuous improvement of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions within a complex international environment.

Key Skills

– Strong hands-on experience within SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules
– Proven background in application support, incident management, and continuous improvement within SAP environments
– Experience working closely with business stakeholders on digitalisation and process optimisation initiatives
– Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, logistics, inventory)
– Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
– Experience managing change requests, enhancements, and small-scale developments
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

– Consult business stakeholders on digitalisation and optimisation of SAP SCM processes
– Support the definition and evolution of the SAP SCM solution roadmap and application portfolio
– Analyse business requirements and design effective IT solutions in collaboration with architects and technical teams
– Manage end-to-end implementation of change requests, including small enhancements and fixes
– Support project implementations and contribute to broader IT initiatives
– Drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP SCM applications

• Location: Belgrade, Serbia – 3 days onsite per week
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 1 year + extensions
• Language: English (fluent)
