SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Permanent – Qatar

1.Minimum of 8 years‘ experience of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central ( EC) and knowledge in integration with other SF modules (inbound & Outbound) and 3rd Party tools.
2.Worked on landscape of EC integrated with SAP S4HANA
3.Minimum 4 End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits.
4.Highly experienced in RBP (Role Based Permission)
5.Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
6.Good knowledge in the RCM & ONB modules is a plus
7.Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central as professional certification is a plus
8.The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
9.Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
10.Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
