Senior Oracle Software Developer

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Senior Oracle Software Developer Part time on a hybrid basis for an initial 6-month contract.

Job Spec:

Main responsibilities:

Maintenance and further development of existing Oracle-based solutions
Development and troubleshooting in PL/SQL and Pro*C in a production environment
Direct dialogue with internal customers to clarify, translate, and refine requirements into technical solutions
Taking technical ownership of selected application components
Support and operational tasks in cooperation with internal teams

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Strong, well-documented experience with PL/SQL
Hands-on experience with Pro*C in a production environment
Solid understanding of Oracle Database (not in a DBA role)
Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server as an application platform
Experience with Linux (RHEL)
Ability to work independently and take technical ownership
Ability to engage in direct technical dialogue with customers and stakeholders
Fluent in English (Danish is an advantage)
