Test Manager

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Test Manager.
Key Requirements:
– Lead a team of QA members, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Continuous improvement within the team.
– Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive automation strategy for our products.
– Explore and implement AI powered testing solutions to enhance our testing capabilities. This may include using AI for test case generation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics for quality.
– Develop and execute test plans for new features and products. This includes functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
– Work closely with cross functional teams, including developers, product managers, and data scientists, to understand product requirements and ensure quality is built into the development process from the start.
– Define and track key quality metrics to measure product quality and the effectiveness of our testing processes. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on quality status and trends.
– Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in QA, automation, and AI, and champion their adoption where appropriate.
Key Skills:
– The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with a passion for leveraging cutting edge technologies like AI and automation to drive efficiency and improve product quality.
– As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading the customer’s quality assurance efforts, developing and implementing automation strategies, and exploring the use of AI in their testing processes.
– The position includes both leading QA related tasks, as well as to be hands on and working on the details.
