2nd Line Support Engineer

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer.

This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.

Key Requirements:

– Proficient experience within Windows and Mac environments.
– O365, SharePoint, Exchange and Active Directory experience.
– Good understand of documentation and processes to implement.
– Microsoft and SQL server experience.
– Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.
