Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Business Analyst to work with a key client based in London
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Execution:
* Lead the delivery of cyber security projects by coordinating with IT, security, and business teams to ensure timely and successful implementation.
* Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and security requirements.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and work proactively to resolve them, ensuring projects stay on track.
Business Requirements & Solution Design:
* Gather and document detailed business requirements by engaging with stakeholders to understand their security needs and objectives.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with security teams to design appropriate solutions.
* Support the development and delivery of security solutions that align with business strategies and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
* Facilitate communication between business units, IT, and security teams to ensure that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.
* Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, outcomes, and any deviations from the plan.
Capabilities and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related field.
* Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
* Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or cyber security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
Experience:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on cyber security and Security Audits.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex cyber security projects on time and within scope.
* Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to deliver security solutions.
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong project management and organizational skills with a focus on delivery and execution.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think strategically and manage multiple priorities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in project management and business analysis tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, process modeling software).
