Business Analyst – UKG WFM

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Business Analyst – UKG WFM on a remote basis for an initial 3 month contract.

You will be responsible for supporting business requirements. This may involve the writing of technical specifications, user stories, user guides and process charts.

Must have:
* UKG Workforce Central Configurations
* UKG Pro Workforce Management Configurations (previously known as Dimensions)

Key Responsibilities:
* Business and process analysis, translate client requirements to build functional specification and configuration documentation
* UKG Pro WFM implementation & support experience on UKG Pro Workforce Management and experience on development
* Configure application on various modules – Timekeeping and scheduling Configuration as for enhanced requirements and create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications
* Understand and configure interfacing and reports
* Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client and then provide support

Technical Experience:
* 5 years of functional and configuration experience on UKG Central & 4 years on UKG Pro Management (dimensions)
* Good understanding of UKG product enterprise architecture
* Good domain knowledge in various modules – Timekeeping and scheduling
