Job Spec:
The Data Governance Manager will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the data governance framework within SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and SAP MDG environment. The role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, quality, compliance, and accessibility of data across the enterprise, leading the development and implementation of data standards, policies, and procedures, and collaborating with various business units to promote data stewardship and quality.
Job Knowledge & Skills
* Extensive experience with data governance in an SAP environment, Informatica or related data management solutions specifically on S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and SAP MDG.
* Strong understanding of data management principles, data quality standards, and compliance requirements. SAP certifications or training related to data governance and MDG.
* Experience with data privacy regulations and compliance e.g., GDPR, CCPA (Preferred). Solid experience with data governance tools and technologies like Informatica
* Ability to create clear and informative visualizations using tools like Tableau, or Power BI to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Awareness of ethical concerns related to data privacy, security, bias, and fairness in data analysis and model development.
* Understanding of business processes related to Construction and Contracting, Food and Beverage, Real Estate and Healthcare industries (any one or two of these).
* ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
