Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Engagement Manager to work with a key client
Role Description:
Business and Security Stakeholder management IGA Experience
IAM programme management
IAM project management and delivery
IAM operations oversight
IAM Audit enablement
JD:
* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the specific needs of the organization in terms of identity and access management.
* Ensure that the project aligns with necessary regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX
* Identify potential risks related to user access, roles, and entitlements, and address these in the project plan.
* Tool Customization: Customize SailPoint and other IGA tools to meet the organization’s needs (e.g., role-based access control, policies, certifications, etc.).
* Application on-boarding/Integration: Ensure integration with other enterprise systems like HR, Active Directory, ERP systems, and cloud platforms.
* Define project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time project execution.
* Ensure the proper allocation of resources, including skilled personnel, software, and infrastructure
* Access Control Policies: Establish and enforce policies to ensure the right access is granted to the right users (least privilege, separation of duties).
* Automation of Processes: Automate user onboarding, role assignment, and de-provisioning processes to ensure efficiency and reduce human error.
* Access Certifications: Automate and manage the periodic access certification campaigns to ensure user access is compliant with organizational policies
* SailPoint Configuration: Oversee the configuration and maintenance of SailPoint, ensuring the tool aligns with business objectives.
* Third-Party Integrations: Coordinate with third-party vendors for integrations, system updates, and tool support
