Financial Accountant

An exciting new Financial Accounting position has arisen, with a great end-user organisation based in the South of England.

As the Financial Accountant you will focus on the Fixed and Lease Assets area, with a focus on the management of fixed and leased assets, ensuring correcting accounting measures are undertaken, the preparation of fixed and lease asset balance sheet reconciliations and administration for the group IFRS 16 tool.

A great opportunity for someone with a good grounding in financial accounting, seeking an organisation offering excellent prospects and development opportunities!

Based in Portsmouth, Plymouth or Bristol – Hybrid working. Min 1 day per month in the office.
* Candidates MUST be eligible for Security Clearance

Financial Accountant

Do you have:

* Previous experience in a Financial Accounting role?
* With experience in Balance Sheet reconciliations?
* Strong analytical skills?
* Any exposure to fixed assets and/or lease asset accounting? Advantageous?
* Qualified or Part-Qualified Accounting Certification – CIMA / ACCA / ICAEW / AAT or similar? Advantageous
