Whitehall Resources require a Hansen Architect / SME to work with a key client on an initial 2 month contract.
*Inside IR35.
*This role will require on site work in London 1-2 days per week.
Hansen Architect / SME
Role Description:
The Resource should exhibit strong skills in Hansen technologies (Order Management, Catalogue mgmt., CPQ, etc,).
Responsibilities:
* Defining end-to-end solutions for customers utilising deep expertise on Hansen’s existing enterprise architecture from a technical, business and user perspective.
* Translating the vision for the project to the wider technical team.
* Taking responsibility for the design and delivery accuracy, stability & performance of Hansen’s solutions.
* Actively developing and managing relationships across multiple organisational tiers and disciplines with internal teams, strategic customers, and third parties.
* Leading and participates in requirements, design, triage, and testing sessions with program stakeholders.
* Producing, reviewing, finalising and approving technical documents to ensure delivery accuracy and success.
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
* Extensive work experience on BSS / OSS modules in Hansen technologies. Deep understanding of Hansen technologies products.
* Assured and professional communication with customers, perceptive in reading customer requirements and translating them into solutions which resonate, building credibility and trust.
* Deep knowledge of the Sales and Ordering processes for Hansen product.
* Dynamic experience of BSS/OSS modules in Hansen technologies specialising in either Catalog, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Order Management or Provisioning.
* Extensive experience in a high growth, telecommunications, cable, and/or high-tech software environment.
* Thrive in customer facing and technical environments, where your diverse software development background and Unix/Linux skills are highly valued.
