Whitehall Resources require an IT Project Coordinator to work with a key client on a 6 month contract.

*Fully remote.

*Inside IR35.

IT Project Coordinator

Role Scope / Deliverables:
* Supporting the Corporate IT team on scheduling meetings
* Create and maintain Planview and generating team level weekly reports with the Program lead and the Project leads from each of the business units Update and present project financials Creating and maintain project plans, timelines and schedules, Co-ordinate tasks and resources with internal teams and third party implementation partner.
* Serve as a liaison to project stakeholders, Facilitate communication and ensure everyone is updated on progress, risks, and changes.
* Organize and lead meetings, preparing agendas and documenting minutes.
* Maintain a risk log and track issues to resolution.
* Archive project files and facilitate lessons-learned sessions post-project.
* Role will cover EST, and EMEA timezones with IST.

Key Skills:
* Planview create and maintain project plans, risks/issues and financials Project Charter – Outlines project objectives, scope, stakeholders, and deliverables.
* Project Plan – A detailed document containing schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
* Status Reports – Regular updates highlighting progress, risks, and next steps. – steer co, exectutive sponsorship and to the business units.
* Risk and Issue Logs – Ongoing records of potential risks and their resolutions.
* Meeting Documentation – Agendas, minutes, and action items for stakeholder meetings.
* Deliverable Acceptance Records – Documentation confirming deliverables meet quality and scope.
