IT Project Manager- Customer Experience, CX

An IT Project Manager with a career in Customer Experience platforms is required by Whitehall Resources for our Surrey based client. The position available is an initial 12-month fixed term contract and can offer up to two days per a week from home.

The successful candidate will have worked with multiple Customer Experience platforms and have a strong Project Management background. This role will be responsible for supporting Integrations Projects by leveraging Standardised Connectors to Enterprise Software Solutions.

Do you have?
Experience with multiple CX platforms such as Sprinklr, Salesforce, Zendesk, Khoros etc?
A track record in IT Project Management?
The ability to build, grow and manage relationships with multiple clients?
A background in Vendor management?
Strong stakeholder management experience?
Superb communication skills?
