Cyber Security Training Manager

Our client is looking for a Cyber Security Training Manager to join their IT Security team. This is a permanent position in their Aberdeen office and can offer once a week working from home, so you do need to be in commuting distance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to play an integral role in the delivery of Cyber Security awareness communications and training. You will design and deliver a range of training materials, including a cyber security awareness month, regular phishing awareness campaigns and annual cyber security training.

You will also help to deliver a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) so ideally, you will have experience managing and implementing a BCMS.

Do you have?

• Experience as an IT Trainer, including the planning, creation and delivery of the materials
• Experience running and managing phishing campaigns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to communicate effectively to different stakeholders and wide audiences – you will be speaking to people across the business, technical and non-technical
• Confidence working both autonomously and part of a wider team
• A passion and understanding of Cyber Security
• Experience implementing a BCMS is desirable
