Junior PMO Analyst (IT/ERP)

We are seeking a Junior PMO Analyst to join our client, a boutique consultancy as they undertake an exciting period of growth.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the CEO & senior stakeholders to support the coordination, administration, and tracking of IT projects across various stages. Providing administrative support to the PMO, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and organizing project resources.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to project management processes and develop valuable skills in project execution, reporting, and analysis.

Do you have?

• A basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)?
• Experience working with ERP (preferably SAP) and/or technology products?
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively?
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and exposure project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)?
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and the ability to track project data?
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal?
