OCM Training Lead

An OCM Training Lead is required by Whitehall Resources to work with our large SI/Consultancy based client of ours on a contract ( C2C ) basis. This role is a HYBRID opportunity with the requirement of 3 days per week on site within Chicago IL.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a large scale ERP transformation and lead the training enterprise wide.

Do you have?

* 8+ years of experience overseeing end-to-end training and execution?

* Proven experience as a Training Lead?

* In-depth knowledge and implementation of SAP services, integration, capabilities and technologies?

* Excellent communication skills with proven stakeholder management skills?

* A track record of ensuring a smooth transition to new systems by equipping employee knowledge with the required skills to adopt and level SAP S/4 HANA?

Key responsibilities?

*Training strategy Development.

* Team Leadership.

*Collaborate with project leaders, functional consultants and business stakeholders to identify training needs.

*Work with OCM team in on-boarding the Key User Group who will undergo the train-the-trainer program and eventually support with end user training.
