Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant

Our end client is currently looking for an Oracle HCM Payroll expert to join the programme, which will be remotely based and Outside IR35.

The task in hand will be to close 1 legal entity and transfer all employees over to a new company under a new company code. You will need to be hands on in this role with the skills and experience of taking the clients users and Senior Stakeholders on the journey, sharing a project plan and walking them through.

* At least 8 Years Oracle HCM Payroll experience
* Experience/knowledge in closing legal entities down
* Experience of transferring employees over to a new company code in a smooth way
* Technical Oracle HCM Payroll experience, configuration and documentation etc
* Able to guide and lead users (Including Senior Stakeholders) through the journey, providing updates and findings
* Documentation & Configuration experience
* Excellent communication experience across projects and to Senior Stakeholders
* Experience delivering on tight deadlines and projects
* At least 3 full end-to-end project lifecycles in Oracle HCM Payroll
