Quality Manager

The Quality Manager works closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify quality-related issues, drive continuous improvement, and enhance the overall reliability, security, and performance.
The Quality Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that an organization consistently delivers high-quality products and services, maintains compliance with industry standards, and drives continuous improvement across all operations.
Strategic Roles and Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure that products or services meet or exceed customer expectations.
· Monitor and analyze data related to quality control processes, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
· Perform audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action
· Used knowledge and experience of building complex IT systems to evangelize, consult with, mentor and audit high-value program and projects.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
· Ensure that new technologies and systems are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment.
· Establish quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization
Skills:
· Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve business objectives.
· ISO 9001/TickIT, BS 15000/ITIL and CMMI level 2/3 certification preferred.
· Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
· Attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
· Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
· Knowledge of quality control processes, procedures, and policies.
