SAP Enterprise Portal Expert

Whitehall Resources require a SAP Enterprise Portal Expert to work with a key client on a part time basis – working 40 hours across a 4 week contract.

*Fully remote.

SAP Enterprise Portal Expert

Objective:
Support the carve-out discovery workshop and create a binding proposal for executing the carve-out.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
* Scope Assessment & System Evaluation: Conduct a thorough assessment of each system, including the need for system access and database scans for comprehensive scoping.
* Discovery Workshop Execution: Lead and facilitate scoping and discovery workshops to identify system requirements, actions, and stakeholders involved.
* Action Identification & Documentation: Define and document the actions required by each solution and responsible parties to enable the company split across Satellite systems.
* Implementation Planning: Plan the individual implementations of each Satellite system, integrating them into a high-level project plan while accounting for necessary dependencies.

Key Deliverables:
1. Solution-Level Migration Plans – Detailed migration plans tailored for each solution.
2. Defined Project Scope – A clearly defined scope for the implementation project for each solution.
3. Integrated Project Plan – A consolidated high-level plan that combines individual solution plans while addressing dependencies.
4. Risk & Action Item Log – Identification of open risks, issues, and agreed action items to ensure successful execution of the carve-out.
