SAP Logistics Consultant

SAP Logistics Consultant required by Whitehall Resources for an 6-12 Month extendable project assignment for our client in Germany.

Please note our client is open to both freelancers and applicants that are looking for permanent employment also.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6-12 Months extendable
Location: Bremen, Hamburg or Mannheim
Delivery: Remote, ideally 2 days per week onsite in any of the above locations but this is flexible
Language: Very good written and spoken English skills, knowledge of German is an advantage

Role:
Our client is currently in the process of an ongoing S/4HANA project from Legacy processes. This is a brownfield Implementation with Greenfield modules being implemented.

Experience Required:
– At least 4 years of experience in IT, in the area of ​​SAP logistics, ideally in S/4 HANA
– Experienced in using at least one of the following modules: EWM, MM, SD, WM, PP, TM, Ariba
– Knowledge of logistics processes, experience in SAP ERP support and SAP ERP projects
– Good customization knowledge
– Enthusiasm for innovation and the willingness to continuously learn new technologies in order to deepen expert knowledge in the SAP environment – Very good written and spoken English skills, knowledge of German is an advantage

Tasks:
– 2nd/3rd level support for users in the SAP logistics modules, including troubleshooting and problem solving – Active participation in various projects in the area of ​​SAP logistics to optimize processes and introduce new functions
-Carrying out system configurations and occasional minor programming tasks based on individual knowledge and skills
