SAP R2R Specialist

SAP R2R specialist required for a SAP S4/HANA Programme based in the Ireland on a Contract basis for 12 months initially.

You will need to be a proven, R2R expert with Techno Functional experience. The client are looking for someone who can come in and take business staff under their wing to upskill and oversea their growth through the project.

Responsibilities * Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP R2R modules, including GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
* Analyse existing financial processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Develop and implement best practices for the R2R process.
* Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and provide solutions that integrate with SAP R2R functionality.
* Ensure all R2R processes comply with relevant financial and regulatory standards, including IFRS, GAAP, and industry-specific regulations such as GxP.
* Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions for end-users. Create detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and support.

Required Skills:

* Strong SAP R2R Techno Functional Experience
* Experience working on S4/HANA Implementations.
* EIM Skills (Enterprise Information Management) would be beneficial.
* Transition Experience will be appreciated
* Great Communication / People skills.
