SAP SAC Product Owner
Description
As the Product Manager for Customer Analytics in the SAP Learning Systems Product and Solution team, you will support our commercial Learning Hub subscription by providing customer analytics which give learning managers an overview and the ability to deep-dive into their learners’ use of learning.sap.com.
Key responsibilities:
* Customer discovery (connecting with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs)
* Researching solutions to address customer needs with the engineering teams;
* Feature preparation and refinement;
* Feature backlog maintenance and prioritisation;
* Support of the engineering team during the development process (feature refinement);
* Release review and validation (including data validation);
* Preparation of enablement assets and release notes for customers;
* Delivering Enablement webinars for customers using our customer analytics platform
* Release communication – release notes, FAQs, showcasing new product releases on our review calls.
Skills:
* Technical Expertise: Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, including its interface, data management, and essential terminology. Deep understanding of SAP HANA, including its architecture, data management, and integration capabilities
* Business Intelligence and Analytics: Proficiency in business intelligence, enterprise planning, and predictive analytics
* Cloud mindset with experience in cloud environments and technologies.
* Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Understanding AI and machine learning technologies to enhance data-driven decision-making
* Language: Excellent English language skills (must). Proficiency in German and Portuguese (plus).
