Whitehall Resources require a ServiceNow HRSD Design Lead to work with a key client on an initial 5 month contract.

ServiceNow HRSD Design Lead
* ServiceNow Certified: CIS HR, HRSD Professional, CSA, CAD
* At least 4+ years of experience as SN HRSD BA
* SN Skills: SN platform architecture & related products. HR scoped applications especially HR Service Portal, Knowledge base, HR Case management, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile App, Integration Hub, Access Management, Data model, Test Automation framework, Reporting
* Ability to lead analysis, design work to provide solutions to business problems
* Ability to present the SN HRSD solution (Global Template, already developed) to business stakeholders and gather requirements. Should be able to answer questions related to SN HRSD.
* Ability to validate requirements, reason out reasons for deviations to Global Template and promote a fit-to-standard approach
* Work with business stakeholders to break down HRSD business requirements into workable SN solution design
* Support all team members with design options in service now HRSD for various topics
* Support dev team during the sprint to solve any design problem
* Work with SN support and QA team on SN related design gaps, defects, tickets, and enhancements
* Share SN design related best practices
* Lead any design work related to new SN features and capability
