Technical Architect

Whitehall Resources require a Technical Architect to work with a key client on an initial 3 month contract.

*This role will require on site work in London or Sheffield 3 days per week.

*Inside IR35.

Technical Architect

Role Description/Skills:
*Expertise in systems design.
*Strong knowledge of IT, including a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure technologies such as Storage, Network (N/W), Active Directory (AD), Unix, and on-premises & enterprise technologies.
*Proficiency in Word/ MS Office, and Visio.
*Knowledge of Linux (Primary) & Windows systems, especially in the areas of Storage & Backup, would be beneficial.
*Awareness of cybersecurity. However, please note that cybersecurity recovery is not covered in this role.
*Effective communication skills / Ability to solve problems creatively.
*Familiarity with Veritas & ComVault plus other multiplatform tools. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and business acumen, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both on-premises and enterprise technologies, with a primary focus on Linux systems. Familiarity with various multiplatform tools, including Veritas and ComVault, is also beneficial.
