Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager – SailPoint
You will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company for this role.
Key Requirements:
– The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
– Project Planning and Initiation:
* Develop a detailed project plan outlining the phases, milestones, and deliverables.
* Conduct a project kickoff meeting with key stakeholders to align on objectives and expectations.
– SailPoint ISC Deployment:
* Oversee the installation and configuration of SailPoint ISC.
* Ensure integration with existing systems and applications.
* Coordinate with the IT and security teams to ensure a smooth deployment.
– Decommissioning of Bespoke Tools:
* Identify and document all bespoke tools currently in use for identity governance.
* Develop a decommissioning plan, including timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
* Ensure data migration and transition to SailPoint ISC.
– Stakeholder Management:
* Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
* Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates.
– Testing and Validation:
* Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of SailPoint ISC.
* Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues identified.
– Training and Documentation:
* Provide training sessions for end-users and administrators on the new system.
* Develop comprehensive documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
– Project Closure:
* Conduct a project review and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
* Ensure all project deliverables are completed and handed over to the operations team.
Key Deliverables:
– Detailed project plan and timeline.
– Configuration and integration of SailPoint ISC.
– Decommissioning plan for bespoke tools.
– Test plans and results.
– Training sessions and materials.
– Comprehensive project documentation.
– Project closure report.
