DevOps Lead / Manager – Salesforce

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a DevOps Lead / Manager – Salesforce on a Remote basis for an initial 6 month contract.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in DevOps and platform management, with a strong focus on Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools (big plus).
• Familiarity with configuration management and scripting (e.g., Python, Shell).
• Understanding of Telecom IT landscapes, with experience in the Telecom B2B domain preferred.
• Proficient in managing deployments across multi-cloud and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.

Work Environment:

• Operates in the EST time zone to coordinate with cross-regional teams effectively.
