We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with Agile or SAFe experience to join a Veteran-owned organisation based in Illinois.
You will support backlog refinement, user story creation and iteration planning. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, contribute to PI Planning, and ensure business objectives align with technical delivery.
This is a remote role with approximately 10% travel to Illinois.
Please note, you MUST be a US citizen, have an active DoD Secret clearance and be able to pass background investigation.
Do you have?
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst?
- Hands-on experience in Agile or SAFe methodologies?
- Experience working on software development projects, regularly reviewing progress, refining and improving the software at each stage?
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical teams?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills?
- U.S. Citizenship and a DoD Secret clearance?
- Business Analysis/SAFe/Agile related certifications? Desirable
