We are currently looking for an experienced Managed Services Manager with a background in P2P, procurement and/or invoice processing to join an ongoing project ASAP.
The initial contract is for 18 months, with the potential to extend to 2 years.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing Managed Services of comparable scope
- Experience across operational procurement, P2P and/or invoice processing
- Strong experience in service-level management
- Experience managing service reporting and performance against agreed SLAs
- Strong customer and stakeholder management experience
- Experience managing customer escalations
- Ability to oversee service performance and address operational issues
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- German language skills at C1 level or above
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall delivery of Managed Services across P2P, procurement and/or invoice processes
- Own service-level management and ensure delivery against agreed SLAs
- Manage service reporting and performance reviews
- Act as a senior point of contact for the customer
- Manage escalations and ensure appropriate resolution
- Coordinate with operational teams to maintain service quality
- Identify and support opportunities for service improvement
- Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
