O2C Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced O2C Functional Consultant to support the design and implementation of global Order-to-Cash processess.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and optimise O2C processes across Credit, Collections, Cash Application, Deductions, Billing and Dispute Management.
- Lead process discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with Finance and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into HighRadius solution designs and configurations, including workflows, rules, queues and automation.
- Define integration requirements between HighRadius and ERP systems, particularly SAP/S4HANA.
- Produce functional documentation including BRDs, FDDs and PDDs.
- Support testing, implementation, go-live and hypercare activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering HighRadius implementations or optimisation projects.
- Strong end-to-end O2C / Accounts Receivable process knowledge.
- Hands-on HighRadius solution design and configuration experience.
- Experience with ERP integrations, ideally SAP/S4HANA.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience creating functional specifications and process documentation.
- International/global project experience is highly desirable.
