Oracle Fusion Project Manager

The Oracle Fusion Project Manager will be responsible for providing end-to-end project management, PMO governance, delivery coordination, progress monitoring, and quality oversight for a large scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the Oracle Fusion PMO governance, reporting, escalation, and stakeholder management framework.
- Develop and maintain the Project Charter and Master Project Plan.
- Coordinate implementation activities across Design, Build, RICEF, Testing, UAT, Training, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, actions, issues, risks, and decisions.
- Track project progress and provide status reports, dashboards, RAID reports, and Steering Committee packs.
- Monitor System Integrator performance and validate deliverables against standards and Oracle best practices.
- Oversee quality checkpoints across key Oracle Fusion implementation phases.
- Manage UAT feedback, requirements, defects, and resolution tracking.
- Review test cases and testing results to ensure adequate coverage and readiness for UAT.
- Identify risks associated with the transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion and support data reconciliation activities.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Project Manager / PMO Lead.
- Experience managing large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
- Strong experience in PMO governance, project planning, RAID management, testing, UAT, and go-live.
- Experience managing System Integrators and multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS-to-Fusion transformation is desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
