SAP Cutover Manager
Ref: BBBH63119_1740157558SAP Cutover Manager required for an SAP S4/HANA Programme based in the UK on a Contract basis for 6 months initially.
You will need to be a proven SAP Cutover Manager where you will oversee the planning, management, and execution of cutover activities for a major SAP S/4HANA project. The successful candidate will can manage the whole deployment of technical/business cutover, business engagement, coordination with other streams – Data migration, training, testing, etc
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and own the cutover strategy, detailed plans, and timelines for the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of the cutover process, including technical, data, and business readiness activities.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with cutover activities, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
* Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on cutover tasks.
* Facilitate dry-run rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live activities, ensuring adherence to planned schedules.
* Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders at all levels regarding cutover progress, risks, and issues.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards during the cutover process.
* Support hyper-care activities post-go-live, ensuring issues are identified and resolved promptly.
