Location: Fully remote

Objective: Support the carve-out discovery workshop and deliver a binding proposal for executing the carve-out, focusing on the logical and physical splits within SAP Event Management.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• SAP Event Management Expertise: Provide expert guidance on the configuration and management of SAP Event Management (EM) systems during the carve-out process.
• Logical Split (No Configuration Changes): Ensure the logical split is achieved without requiring configuration changes to the existing solution.
• Physical Split (Clone Existing Solution): Oversee the cloning of the existing solution for the physical split, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Data Cleanup & Deletion: Manage the deletion of unused and organisational data as part of the physical split.
• System Integration Adjustments: Configure adjustments to integration due to the transition to the new datacentre, ensuring smooth system operations post-split.

Key Deliverables:

1. Binding Proposal for Carve-Out Execution – A detailed proposal outlining the steps required to successfully execute the carve-out.
2. Physical Split Implementation Plan – A plan for cloning the existing solution, including the deletion of unnecessary data and adjustments to integrations.
3. Integration Adjustment Documentation – Clear documentation for necessary changes to integration due to the new datacentre setup.
