SAP EWM Techno-Functional Expert – German speaking

Our client, a leading organisation in the industrial sector, is modernising a mission-critical warehouse operation to increase productivity and throughput through the automation of pallet movements using AGVs.
They are looking for a Senior SAP EWM Techno-Functional Consultant, with a strong technical focus, to integrate a KNAPP AGV solution into an existing and complex warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate KNAPP AGV technology with SAP EWM
- Provide strong SAP EWM technical and ABAP expertise
- Support the integration of WMS/warehouse automation solutions
- Analyse and resolve technical and integration challenges
- Work closely with international project teams across Europe and offshore locations
- Support the existing warehouse environment and ensure successful implementation
Requirements
- Several years of SAP EWM / warehouse experience
- At least 3 successful WMS integrations, including minimum 1 AGV integration
- Strong SAP ABAP development experience within EWM
- Proven experience with warehouse automation and system integration
- Strong techno-functional capabilities, with a clear technical focus
- Experience working within international teams; collaboration with India/Philippines is advantageous
- Fluent German – mandatory
- Good English – required
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times to the wider Frankfurt area
- Must be based and currently working in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
