SAP HCM PT (Personnel Time Management) Consultant – Poland

SAP HCM PT (Personnel Time Management) Consultant – Poland required by Whitehall Resources for a 7 Month extendable project assignment for our client based in Poland.

Start Date: 1st June
End Date: 31st December (extendable)
Duration: 7+ Months
Location: Candidates must be based in Poland
Delivery: Remote
Capacity Required: 100% / Full Time

Overview:
We are currently looking for an experienced SAP HCM PT (Personnel Time Management) Consultant to support a new implementation project for our client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Time Management, along with broader knowledge of SAP HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
– Support and deliver SAP HCM Time Management (PT) solutions
– Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
– Configure and customise SAP PT in line with business needs
– Support testing activities (unit testing, UAT) and issue resolution
– Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams

Key Requirements:
– Strong experience in SAP HCM Personnel Time Management (PT)
– End to End Implementation experience in SAP PT
– Good knowledge of core SAP HCM modules, particularly Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM)
– Experience working on SAP HCM implementations or support projects
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
– Based in Poland

Start Date will be June 2026!
