SAP MM/S2P/Ariba Applications Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM/S2P/Ariba Applications Manager to join their Global team.
This individual will optimize Source to Pay systems, driving process automation, integration quality, and user experience, as well as overseeing issue resolution, enhancements, vendor relationships, and cross functional collaboration to support procurement, sourcing, and finance operations.
This person will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in SAP implementations on a global scale, including S/4 HANA greenfield projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage both direct and indirect reports in the applications team, and be responsible for performance, goal setting and EOY reviews.
- Manage the full lifecycle of SAP projects from planning and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different regions to tailor SAP solutions to local needs while maintaining global standards.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure the smooth adoption and functionality of SAP systems.
- Prepare detailed project documentation and reports to track progress and align project objectives with business goals.
- Drive S/4 HANA greenfield implementation projects and provide expert advice and guidance on SAP best practices, system configuration, and optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in SAP, ideally coming from a hands-on MM/S2P background with managerial/team leading experience.
- In-depth S2P process experience, with broader ERP integration experience.
- Experience in Ariba/Coupa? (Preferred)
- Demonstrated capability in managing global SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed to meet project requirements.
