SAP Payroll & Time Lead – ECC to S/4HANA Conversion

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll & Time Lead to join a major ECC to S/4HANA (H4S4 Private Cloud Edition) conversion programme. This is a senior, client-facing role with ownership of the Payroll and Time workstream across design, migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT)
• Strong SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management expertise
• Proven experience supporting ECC to S/4HANA (H4S4) migration/conversion programmes
• Deep understanding of payroll schemas, rules, time evaluation, payroll integrations, and remediation testing
• Experience with payroll data migration, reconciliation, and parallel payroll testing
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• German Payroll experience desirable but not essential
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience beneficial
