Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer.

Key Requirements:

– The Developer is responsible for configuring, customizing, and enhancing the platform according to the approved functional and technical specifications.
– Working under the guidance of the Technical Lead, the Developer delivers integrations, automations, workflows, and reporting capabilities while ensuring compliance with quality and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

– Configure and customize the platform to meet business and operational requirements.
– Develop integrations and APIs with external security and infrastructure systems.
– Implement workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
– Build and maintain investigation and remediation playbooks.
– Perform unit testing and support integration, system, and user acceptance testing activities.
– Troubleshoot and resolve defects during implementation and stabilization phases.
– Contribute to technical documentation and deployment procedures.
– Adhere to development standards, security practices, and quality controls.
