Technical Project Manager/Coordinating Architect

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager/Coordinating Architect – English and Danish Speaking.
Key Requirements:
– As a Technical Project Manager/Coordinating Architect you will be responsible for estimating, sequencing, and assigning the project activities and milestones.
– You will also be responsible for creating generic plans and detailed site plans and the link between these.
– You will be providing input and guidance on project time aspects.
– Extensive (min. 10 years) and recent experience with IT infrastructure projects is a MUST.
– Experience with Pharma industry preferred, but not a hard requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
– Understanding of the technology being used, the technical aspects of the project, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
– Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
– Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, and leadership skills to guide and motivate the project team towards achieving project goals.
– Develop implementation plan that fits with the sites’ milestones and plan
– Develop engagement model and followup.
– Align project plan and drive project deliverables with stakeholders
– Develop detailed Day Zero plan.
– The main role of the Technical Project Manager Lead is to develop and followup on plans directly with the local sites, including escalating issues and drive communications of local requirements.
– Drive the technical setup with specialists and vendors, including tracking equipment deliveries, creating or updating SLA, supporting SAT process.
– Conduct hypercare and drive handover to operations.
