Senior SAP Project Manager – Permanent – UAE

Whitehall Resources are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to oversee our clients SAP transformation. Acting as the internal client-side lead, you will hold the System Integrator (SI) accountable, manage co-existence between Oracle EBS and SAP, and drive governance using the SAP Activate framework.

Key Responsibilities:

* Program Governance: Lead the client-side PMO for the group-wide SAP rollout, acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the SI.
* Methodology Execution: Apply SAP Activate across Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases.
* Co-existence Management: Manage risks, timelines, and dependencies during a the parallel run of legacy Oracle EBS and SAP.
* Vendor Accountability: Track SI deliverables, SLAs, scope changes, budget variances, and quality gates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Experience: 12+ years in IT Project Management, with 8+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
* Migration Expertise: Proven track record in complex migrations from Oracle EBS to SAP environments.
* Certifications: SAP Professional Certifications are a MUST (along with mandatory PMP / PRINCE2 and SAP Activate certification).
* Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and conflict resolution expertise within the GCC / Middle East market.
