SAP PMO Manager/Project Manager

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced SAP PMO Manager/Project Manager to work with a key client.
**Please note this role requires Spanish fluency & English proficiency**
- Location – Mexico City Area
- Contract – 10 months
- Hybrid arrangement
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Business and IT, understanding business needs and translating them into technology initiatives and priorities.
- Lead and monitor technology projects following Project Management / PMO practices.
- Manage project plans, roadmaps, priorities, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and global teams.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and deadlines, providing executive-level visibility into the status of key initiatives.
- Facilitate the implementation and adoption of technology solutions.
- Ensure initiatives comply with established IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Compliance processes, coordinating with the appropriate specialist teams.
- Participate in initiatives related to business processes such as Order to Cash, Supply Chain, and Digital Transformation.
- In-person once a week
Essential Requirements
- Solid experience in Business Engagement, IT Business Partner, IT Project Management, PMO, or similar roles.
- Proven experience leading and coordinating medium- to high-complexity technology projects.
- Strong Project Management capabilities, including planning, project tracking, risk management, resource management, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary and/or multicultural teams.
- Ability to effectively engage with both Business and Technology teams, translating business needs into technology initiatives and actionable execution plans.
- Experience coordinating and managing technology vendors.
- Knowledge of IT Governance frameworks and corporate IT processes.
- Knowledge of both traditional and Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, synthesis, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Non-mandatory Qualifications
- Experience with or exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP processes or modules such as SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, or Fiori.
- Participation in ERP implementation or transformation projects (SAP and/or Oracle).
- Knowledge of business processes such as Order to Cash, Supply Chain, and/or DSD.
- Experience with CRM / Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture.
- General knowledge of Cybersecurity, IT Compliance, ITIL, SOX, and/or BCP.
- Experience in Contract Management.
- Project Management, Agile, or ITIL certifications are considered a plus.
